"To start off, anyone who has bought or sold a home knows just how stressful the process can be.Add in buying and selling at the same time and you are in for a whole other world of anxiety anduncertainty.Luckily, Joe did not contribute to those stressors whatsoever. We picked Joe as our realtorbecause he was a neighbor and we always saw him as outgoing and friendly within thecommunity. We did not know him previous to this arrangement but since working with him wehave come to appreciate and admire him as both an individual and a realtor.Joe is an excellent communicator, clearly explains every step of the home selling process, and isa very personable and understanding individual. He always reached out first before setting a dateor time for something and constantly seemed like he was working all hours of the day.
